FACE PROBLEMS WITH
SMILE
Ahmed worked as a supervisor in
a private company. Now he is working in night shifts. In their company all
departments working three shifts. 2 weeks once the shifts are switched every employee.
At that day manager called Ahmed and ordered him to change the power cards
today itself because in night shift there is no much work. Ahmed accepts his
order and said OK then move to his department.
As per manager assumption is
correct on that day work is completed quickly so all the employees ask permission
to Ahmed for leave from office. But Ahmed said we have to change the power
cards today so after that only we can leave. But John doesn’t accept it and
argue with him. Suddenly Ahmed getting angry and scold him in front of all
employees.
Then immediately he started the
work without expect anyone. Few minutes later other employees slowly join with
him one by one. But no one speak with him because they thought still he is in
angry. At last John also join with him. The work was continue up to early
morning because without co-operation the work not complete quickly.
Once the work was completed
Ahmed deeply thinks about that incident which was happened before start the
work. He asked some questions himself; why I got angry? What happened with me?
What about John’s question? After few minutes of thinking he got an answer just
one minute angry spoils everyone happy and affected work as well. So Ahmed
decides after this incident don’t angry with the employees any situation. Just
face such kind of situation with smile.
Once he decides like this he
called all employees and asks apologies to John in front of them. Then only his
mind got relief and go outside the office with fresh mind.
