In this modern life most of the people affect by depression. Depression is one
kind of mind problem it came from different sides but most commonly

When if a person feels depression he/she doesn’t concentrate
the work and affect the health also. So here I give some point to you how
overcome from depression.
1. TAKE A SMALL BREAK
If you feel depression at your work
place just go for a walk within the floor or walk few feet and have some water.
If your office located in a good environmental place means just go upstairs and
have some fresh air and enjoys the nature for few minutes may be it will take 3
or 5 minutes. In the other hand just have a coffee, tea, cool drinks or
something else. Taking a small break like this may change your mind set and it
will give your mind refresh and relaxation as well.
2. SPEAK WITH YOUR FRIENDS/COLLEAGUES
Every people in this
world have friends and colleagues. If you are in depressed mind or feel
disturbed your mind not working in a good manner. So that time you will speak
with your friends/colleagues and share your thoughts what will disturbs you it
gives you really good impact. Because once share your thoughts with others your
mind got some clarity and peace. Then automatically you and your mind relaxed.
3. READING SELF CONFIDENTIAL BOOKS
Books
are really having magical wings it easily change your place of mind. Who are
now great place in this world their big hobbit was “READING BOOKS”. Lot of good
books is available in the world for our concerns. In the other part, no I am not
interested to read a book, if you try some magazines what you like that also
relax you. If you read a book means that place is very silence if the place is
silence then your mind also hugs the silence easily.
4. DRAW SOME PICTURES
The
world famous psychiatrists are said drawings are reflects our mind thoughts. If
writing drawings is one of your hobbies means you are gifted. Because
researchers are said who are write drawings they are have more memory power
comparing others. When you are feel depressed start write drawings or if you
interest in paintings that also more welcome.
5. HEARING SOME GOOD MUSIC
Music is most
powerful medium in the world relaxing our mind easily. Listening songs really
good to improve our memory and change our mind set also. People like different
kind of music like pop, rock, melody but definitely everyone should like music
and that easily occupy our mind. Who are moaning a songs loudly the surrounding
people are noticed and they come to know that person feels happy. So when you
are feeling depressed hear good songs or good instrumental tunes.
